VOLUNTEER AND VENDING REGISTRATION

THANK YOU for your interest in helping with the Prairie Air Show! We would love for you to join our team – you make the Air Show possible. Please complete the online registration below – or – print the Registration Form and mail it attention to Volunteer Coordinator, Prairie Air Show, P.O. Box 6096, Bloomington IL 61702. Completed forms may also be submitted to the Volunteer Coordinator at the Volunteer/Vending meeting. Please refer to our Volunteer and Vending Information page for the volunteer and vending meeting schedule.

A Registration Form and an Emergency Contact Form must be completed by each volunteer and each member of a vending group. These must be on file with the Volunteer Coordinator prior to Show weekend. No volunteer or vending group will be allowed on site without this critical information –this is to your benefit.
